Roulunds Fabriker A/S of Odense, Denmark. This technical agreement involved the supply of equipment, plant and machinery for the manufacture of Disc Brake Pads, and the supply of raw materials and finished products and more importantly the transfer of technical know-how and industry specific expertise.
